Main purpose of the job:
Provide support for painting process daily production , ensure product quality and on time delivery.

Essential tasks and areas of responsibility:
1.Responsible for painting process design to fulfilll customer painting requirement.
2 Arrange trial resources according to project schedule and discuss the painting specification with customer in project PC phase to meet the delivery schedule.
3 Working together with jig’s supplier to design the painting jig according to Project painting requirement. Make sure the jigs have the maximum painting capacity and easy to loading and unloading.
4 Making standard painting parameter and WI for project and training technicians and operators to follow it. Take the responsibility to make the general WI so that the painting process can meet the ISO management requirement at the same time.
5 Support workshop manager to solve variety of manufacturing problems, improve the production efficiency in terms of machine, people and process in project PD phase.
6 With good knowledge about painting process and facility, Finding solution for normal defect and trouble shooting in PC and PD phase. Make sure the machine have good capacity and quality to produce product meet customer requirements。
Key Performance Indicator

Basic job requirements:
1.At least 5 years working experience related with Mobile phone painting process field .
2.Bachelor degree or above .
3.Well knowledge about paint and painting equipment.
4.Oral and Writing for English are needed.
