Job Summary: The plant accountant will manage the ongoing, day to day financial activities at the plant. Areas managed include general ledger, project accounting, cost accounting, budgeting, ERP modules, production reporting, fiscal policy development & interpretation, etc. The plant accountant will also support the payroll function as it interfaces into the general ledger.

Principal Responsibilities

? Track all financial transactions. Effectively maintain the general ledger and other ERP module functions (AP, PM, MM, IC, FA).

? Financial analysis and recommendations for plant operations. This includes ad hoc analysis and reporting. This position performs financial analysis for the Yantai plant including monthly reports and explanations of significant manufacturing financial events.

? Capital & Large Expense Projects. Calculate and report internal rate of return and payback analysis for capital projects. Assist the plant manager and engineering department with capital priorities. Review proposed projects, analyze the costs / benefits, and make recommendations / suggestions.
固定资产及重大花销项目 计算并汇报固定资产项目的内部回报率和投资回报率。协助工厂经理和工程部门拟定资金优先等级。检讨提案项目，分析成本及利润并给出对应建议
? Cost reduction & business opportunity recommendation. Participate in identifying and implementing cost reduction and other improvement opportunities. Make suggestions to other managers, involve others when needed, track results, and report to management.

? Budgeting & planning. By using data from peers, the plant manager, and the senior leaders in China/Asia, develops an annual budget and set manufacturing standards for the year ahead. Use this data to measure spending, performance, and other manufacturing variances.
预算与计划 根据同事、工厂经理或中国区其他高管提供的数据，拟定年度预算案，并设定年度制造标准成本。使用这些数据衡量开销、绩效或其他制造偏差

Job Requirements:
任职要求

? A minimum of five years related experience, preferably in a process manufacturing environment. With specific experience with, the general ledger, cost accounting and financial reporting.
五年以上工作经验，熟悉制造业流程。有总账、成本会计及管理会计经验
? Multilingual – Chinese and English is a must.

Preferred Qualifications
优先条件
? Demonstrated experience with initiating company policies, accounting practices (PRC GAAP), treasury management, tax and financial statements.
有拟定公司政策，财务实物，财政管理、税务及财务报表的经历
? Financial responsibility for a WOFE (Wholly Owned Financial Enterprise).
全资金融企业的财务工作经历

Educational Background: University degree in finance or accounting. 财务或会计本科学历
