Main responsibility areas：
1.Monitor our plant operations to ensure compliance with existing Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations. These would include any regulations issued by sanitation bureau, safety inspection bureau, EPA, state environmental agencies, and Corporate.
2.Provide leadership and guidance to all departments on safety and compliance matters. Be the leader of the EHS investments projects .Actively work with project teams defining Environmental, Health and Safety requirements for all new projects and processes.
3.Develop Environmental, Health and Safety programs for LON. This will not only ensure compliance with regulations, but also fulfill our commitment to the core value of “Employee & Community well-being”.
4.Participate in the “aplus” process and taking an active role on the Safety pillar.
5.Propose and implement Division Policies related to Environmental, Health and Safety.
6.Coordinate required reporting from mills and governments to ensure accuracy, timeliness and consistency.
7.Be the Team Leader on all required programs such as Confined Space Entry, Lock-out Tag-out, Process Safety Management, SARA reporting, etc.
8.Become the LON focal point on Environmental, Health and Safety issues with other Corporate Divisions and external associations & agencies.
9.Maintain a current status of all upcoming regulations and develop plans for how LON will maintain compliance with these new regulations.
10.Must have knowledge of Ahlstrom Information on Security policies and is for their own part responsible for ensuring information security when handling information and maintaining or using information systems or information networks.

Required competencies：
1.Excellent people skills are required. This position will only be successful through the development of close working relationships and cooperation with all company personnel.
2.Sound verbal and written communication skills
3.Computer literate – Microsoft Windows/Word/Excel and Company software.
4.Ability to travel including international travel.
