JD：
Manage and direct all Information Technology functions . These duties include establishing hardware device standards and the procurement of said standards for end user and local area network hardware; Maintaining standard and PCC corporate compliant hardware configuration standards; Supporting local area network and wide area network data and voice communications; Providing day to day technical support for all Plant Information Technology services.


Other requirements:
1.University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science. Master’s degree preferred.
2.A minimum of five years related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment with specific experience in data and voice communications for both Wide Area Networks and Local Area Networks; Information Technology equipment recommendations and the development of local standards; Establishment of strategic technical direction with key vendors.
3.Multilingual – Chinese and English is a must.
4.Proven ability to work as part of a small but high performing team.
5.Uncompromising ethics and professional standards.
