     ·       Responsible for projects of MTT & ICP or future possible new production technologies, both at Hempel sites or customer sites, from build, training, and handover.

·       Work with project requester (sales, customer, or factory) to Understand the project needs and then propose suitable scope, set up, specification, proper design with coordination with Group expert.

·       Coordinate with R&D, Technical for proper formulation to ensure the formulations are suitable for the set up of the project.

·       Work with Procurement department for the technical specification of the equipment, support for the commercial terms.

·       Work with supplier for the installation and commissioning.

·       Train users who then can handle daily operation of the equipment.

·       Support the Operation team who runs the equipment if required.

Search for new suppliers, new technologies, new equipment for such projects for continuous improvement
