Responsibility
1. Working in shift, take care injection moulding machine;
维护注塑成型机的持续运转；
2. Setting up moulds for different products;
了解不同产品模具的应用设置；
3. Setting up external devices, like temperature controller, robots position program adjustment;
模温机、机器人等外部设备程序的调整与设置；
4. Installing programs into machine and setting up parameters;
安装程序到机和设置参数；
5. Starting machines and checking machine ready for mass production;
机器的点检和大规模生产前的准备；
6. Closely monitoring product quality, solving and report quality issue in time, as well as scrapping reduction;
密切监测产品质量,及时解决和报告质量问题,以及减少报废；
7. Verifying machine failures, writing down Machine Breakdown Form carefully;
调整机器故障,机器故障形式详细记录；
8. Supervising works of machine operator and inspector;
监督机器操作员和检查员的作业；
9. Contact person during nightshift, making decision stopping production or calling up supervisor;
在夜班设立责任人，决定生产的继续或停止，紧急状况联系主管；
10. Leading operators do daily and weekly maintenance;
主要运营商做每日、每周的维护；
11. Providing necessary support to facility team do troubleshooting;
提供必要的支持,设施团队做故障诊断；
12. Follow up new process or trial new process;
跟进新流程或试验新工艺；
13. Feedback real situation on production line;
反馈生产线上的实际情况；
14. Other works arranged by master operator and supervisor.
主管安排的其他工作。

Basic job requirements:
1) Education and experience教育及经验要求
? Secondary or senior school education 中专或高级学校教育
? Major in Hydraulic, mechanical or automatics field 主要从业在液压、机械或自动化领域
? Injection moulding background or experience is the best有注射模塑背景或经验者优先
2) Special job requirements (knowledge & skills) 特殊的工作要求(知识与技能)
? Willing to learn new technologies and skills愿意学习新技术或技能
? Quality awareness, works carefully and with mind工作认真，有较高的质量意识
