Responsibility
PC phase:
1, New technology verification and analysis from quality point of view if needed in the project.
2, Lead to review 2D drawing with related person. Internally on new project and feedback to customer.
3, Ensure measure jig is available during project lifetime and do Gauge R&R.
4, Negotiating functional and visual quality standard together with customer, then transfer standard to Internal
5, Participate NPI quality standard and function / reliability / qualification test, lead and organize quality control plan.
6, Create and update CQP (component quality plan) document (FMEA, Control plan, Quality inspection Instruction) and ensure local adoptions. Establish quality criteria in-process, participate non-conformance review, assist process and production engineer to solve quality problem, monitor quality performance in process, drive production team Continue improvement.
7, Develop and Maintain project database and defect database.
8, Responsible for approvals (asking, receiving, sharing) and samples (reference, limit and NG) given by customer ,copy sample to QA and production line, provide quality training in each production location and make sure to follow customer's standard.
9, Attends tooling design review and assembly line together with other team member.
10, Audit supplier process if the serious quality issue happened during the build.
11, Responsible for achieving agreed yields, cycle times and other quality relative.
12, Monitor the production status on production line full time during each Build phase on LOM side and customer production line.
PD phase:
1. Conduct regular product testing to evaluate product quality performance, drive improvement action base on test result, send report to customer.
2. Handle customer complain, lead root cause analysis and corrective action/preventive action implementation.
3. Quality data collection and performance analysis with report base on requirement of project team.
4. Visit customer and have meeting to collect voice of customer on both product and operation quality, drive
customer satisfaction improvement, make sure EDPM to lower than customer's target.
5. Every month have a supplier monthly quality review meeting with LG.
6, Provides necessary Rework Instructions and provide Immediately training to operator.
7. Training operators and QA when quality standard Changed.
8. Provide final judgement for quality issue when there is argument between production and QA.
9. Maintain project database and Defect database.

Basic job requirements:
1)Education and experience
BS degree in Engineering.
Min 1 Years quality engineer's experience in incoming, manufacturing and customer service area

2)Competence requirements
1, Good communication & negotiation skills.
2, Experience of ISO9000 / ISO 14001 is essential and knowledge of six sigma is preferred
3, Language skills, especially English skills.
