Key areas of responsibility
?Travel within China to assess market requirements by country and establish Delphi Diesel Centre network in line with Delphi Diesel technical standards and market requirements
?Provide technical hotline support for Chinese customers via email, telephone, remote support systems and in face-to-face situations
?Provide field service support to customers to identify and resolve technical problems with Delphi products and authorised test equipment
?Assess and audit workshops to ensure compliance with Delphi Diesel technical standards (China)
?Provide support/training to customers in use of Delphi authorised test equipment, diagnostic tools and service solutions (test and repair) for Delphi products in training school and field environments
?Set-up and commission Delphi authorised test equipment on customers site in China
?Liaise with Delphi vehicle/engine manufacturer customers to promote and provide Delphi service and warranty capability
?Routine communication with the OE team internally to keep Delphi whole image to the AM customers.
?Support deployment of Delphi Service Operations activity in other global markets (Asia-Pacific, Americas, Europe and Middle East) as required

Requirements and qualifications
?Fluent English (speaking, writing and reading)
?Qualification/experience in automotive engineering and related technical service support (mechanical and electronic)
?Knowledge of engine management systems and diesel fuel injection systems
?Customer focused and professional attitude, with open approach to understanding complex technical systems and related problem solving
?Experience in providing premium level customer service and support in office and field locations
