岗位职责：

一、IT及办公自动化维护

1根据公司标准设置，包括电脑设定、网络账户、邮箱账户和桌面电话设定， 进行新用户管理
2根据批准授权进行用户权限设置
3协助用户解决相关软硬件使用问题

二、项目工程

1根据IT小组或公司要求，完成相应IT项目工程
2支持其他部门完成相关IT工作

三、培训与文件管理

1和HR一起设置新用户培训程序文件
2按要求给PC用户提供正式培训
3根据实际需求，设定和维护所有IT相关文件

四、完成主管分配的其他工作

岗位要求：

1.大专以上学历；

2.外语要求：英语

3.有良好的学习态度、乐于跟踪IT最新技术的发展；

Responsibilities：

Activity 1: Helpdesk and User Support
? New useer or PC arrangement according to the standard setup of the company, including: computer setup, network account, email account, deskphone setup
? Setup user access right according to the approved authorization
? Help user to solve all IT related issue both hardware and software

Activity 2: Project Engineering
? Fulfill IT project according to the requirement of group IT or the company
? Support other functions to fulfill IT related work

Activity 3: Training and Document
? Work with HR training function to setup new user training programme
? Provide normal training to all PC user according to requirement
? Setup and maintain all IT related documents according to actual need

Activity 4: Fulfill Other Works Assigned by Supervisor

Basic job requirements:

1) Education and experience
? College degree or above in computer science or related major
? At least 2 years experience in IT function and having good experience with IT problem solving

2) Special job requirements (knowledge & skills)
? Having good knowledge in computer hardware
? Good in oral and written English
? Adaptable to changing conditions and can work under tight pressure
? High-level integrity, detail-oriented, result oriented
