Job Purpose:
-To ensure yearly business plan meet company cost reduction target and establish long term contracts with supplier with approved multi-year cost reduction target.
-To source and select suppliers timely that meet Quality, Volume, Cost criteria to meet company business objectives.
-Establish supplier category strategy for the buying office.

Major Job Responsibilities:
1) Drive Built in Quality culture in all phases of PDP processes to achieve flawless launch goal, focus on prevention, driving improvements upfront, Built in quality
2) Develop plan to achieve AP regional Quality goals and manage PBU quality matrix
3) Establish and drive Warranty Improvement process, lead & support warranty problem solving resolution & provide linkage to PBU
4) Provide leadership, coaching & direction for quality improvements
5) Lead implementation of Electrical Controls PBU initiatives in AP
6) Lead Customer Satisfaction in support of PBU, DEG, & site objectives & goals
7) Create a zero defect forward mentality
8) Serve as the focal point for communicating procedure changes & customer communications for Warranty issues
9) Maintain and oversee compliance to DBS policies & procedures
10) Maintain China Technical Center TS16949 certification

Qualifications
1. EE or ME, Bachelor degree
2. At least 15 years working experience in automotive Industry.
3. At least 5 years in management position.
4. Certified TS auditor
Required Skills:
1. Fluent English both oral & written
2. Problem solving skill
