Roles & Responsibilities:(0 kilometer and field support)
On-site representative and main customer interface after production for Chinese customer
Taking the lead for cross functional team(Europe and local) to support all customer field issues after production(difficult failure cases)
Hotline technical support including dealer’s visit to investigate issues or customer complains related with Diesel EMS system
Assist /organize cross functional meetings to push for the resolution of any quality issues or customer complains
Taking the lead to support local customer on the validation of diagnostic tool、 dealer network with assistance from European team
Support Chinese customers on product training, setting up clean room, plant audit etc. to ensure a flawless launch for Chinese customers
Collect and transfer Voice of Customer to management team on regular basis
Organize parts return and track for the 8D report and corrective actions with Engineering and manufacturing plant in Europe
Collect data from customer to assist the calculation of PPM/IPTV & Generate PPM/warranty improvement proposal
Coordinate sorts and containment activities (Conduct in emergency)
Taking the lead for communication between VAP and technical center and manufacturing Plants until issue resolved

Qualification:

University degree in Automotive Engineering or related field
5 years working experience in automotive engineering or in automotive related products(Diesel CR preferred)
Knowledge and working experience on engine EMS system is required
On-hands knowledge on engine or CR system is preferred
Effective analytic skills for problem solving and decision making.
Good communication skills and high level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
Computer knowledge (MS Office software is requirement).
Knowledge of Engine Management Systems components is preferred.( Diesel System)
Able to communicate in English both verbal and written
travel is required when needed
Initiative and customer oriented.
Driver license is preferred.
