Major Job Responsibilities

- Develop and implement color theory, specification of appearance and apply to automotive electronic products, e.g. DVD, Navigator, and etc.
- Develop appearance parts (Plastic parts with/without paint, backlighting parts) with Design groups and manufacturing site.
- Develop appropriate and common measurement methodologies
- Investigate and recommend new measurement equipment and conduct studies to evaluate technology

Qualifications

- Plastic technology degree or 5 years’ experience in plastic appearance industry (painting, plating, printing,etc.)
- Knowledge of plastic part design and plastic materials.
- Ability to guide program teams and mechanical engineering in the efficient design of plastic components regard to plastic decoration
- Good oral and written communication skill in English
