Major job responsibilities:
-Adhere to Safety, Health & Environment Standards and Procedures
-Take leading role in product development for the products sourced from China
-Work with DPSS engineering in different regions to identify and define product validation requirements & packaging specs
- Assess and approve supplier’s technical capabilities, inc. testing, specifications and equipment.
-Manage program execution at supplier end
-Coordinate customer prototype sample preparations
-Coordinate project meetings to ensure program deliverables are met
Resolve customer and supplier related problems
-Manage supplier PPAP preparation and conduct initial approval if required
-Provide technical support to the DPSS Global Purchasing Office.
-Support warranty claim root cause analysis
-Remain aware of future product directions and identify potential new products
- Provide regular updates to the Product Development teams in other regions

EDUCATION:
? Degree in Engineering

EXPERIENCE:
? 5+ years in automotive engineering design, development & project management
? Experience with vehicle VE, Chassis, Thermal or Diesel products essential
? Experience with automotive customer liaison
? Experience with product development (from creation to selling)
