职位描述

岗位职责:

Responsibilities

1. Work with departments in Delphi Holding to develop staffing plan, forecast manpower plan etc.,

2. Be responsible for recruiting, to fill the openings in time as mgmt.'s requirement through appropriate channels.

3. Manages external recruiters, to maximize their services and minimize the company's cost

4. Develop / review the recruiting process, and implement.

5. Work with other functions in HR for the employment offer, to ensure that is in line with the company's policy

任职资格:

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree (R), Master Degree (P), Engineering major preferred

2. Good communication skills, could communicate with all levels in the company, able to work under pressure.

3. Very good interpersonal skills, be able to work with all levels of people in the company.

4. Above 5 years HR working experience with multi-national company

5. Fluent in Mandarin and English, written and spoken.

6. Computer capability minimum MS Office.
