Major Responsibilities
? Implement company sales strategy, define and execute distribution plan and business development plan in assigned region.
? Achieve annual sales budget in the region and monitor dealer monthly perforamce.
? Establish and manage customer relationship and achieve customer satisfaction.
? Lead in promoting new product line in the region.
? Collect market & competitor information for analysis.
? Coordinate in customer request of sales support, technical service etc.
? Others

Qualification requirements
? Bachelor’s degree, major in engineering, marketing or business administration.
? At least 5 years working experience of sales in automotive aftermarket.
? Proficient in MS office and English.
? Good communication skill in writing and verbally.
? Sel-motivative and disciplined.
? Willing to travel and work under pressure.
