Key Elements of Position

？ Provide timely, accurate data for Indirect Purchasing metrics reporting in an easy to use, repeatable format

？ Provide consolidated spending report by generating data from SAP and combining with non-SAP EXCEL file

？ Analyze spend and generate regular or ad hoc report as required

？ Lead system/process lean project and use SAP as the major tool to improve efficiency

？ Organize regular staff meeting and keep meeting minutes and follow up

？ Organize major purchasing activities and events

Experience and Requirements

? Overall knowledge of Supply Management
? Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation, coaching & mentoring skills
? Excellent computer skills such as MS Excel, Pivot Tables, Macros and MS Words
? Experience on ERP system as power user is preferred,


Language : Proficient in English

Education Qualification : Bachelor Degree in Supply Management or IT related majors

? English can communicate
? Good at data analysis
? Good communication skill
? Supply chain experience, like Buyer, planning…
