职位描述：
Administration of infrastructure support services related tasks and activities within AMER/EMEA/APAC. Efficient 1st Level IT support by applying known solutions to problems and/or performing basic research.
在美国/欧洲/亚太地区提供基础设施支持服务相关的任务和活动的管理。通过解决问题和/或进行基础研究有效地提供第一级的支持。

Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves IT infrastructure incidents on
1st level (first/single point of contact) for all Vibracoustic users and communicates known solutions to end-users in a user-friendly, professional manner
?Administration and reporting of user service requests as defined by IT management
?Manage end-user incidents and prioritize work based on defined SLAs
?Implementation/Installation and administration/maintenance of IT infrastructure services with focus on availability, reliability and manageability followingVibracoustic IT standard processes in coordination with responsible IT management.
?Active contribution to 2nd level group activities where required; global project contribution.
在第一级层面为威巴克用户和沟通者以友好的和专业的方式，识别、诊断和解决IT基础设施事件。
?管理和报告IT管理所定义的用户服务请求。
?管理用户事件和用优先顺序安排工作基于SLAs的定义。
?遵循IT标准流程执行与管理/维护/安装服务，以及致力于 IT基础设施的可用性、可靠性和可管理性。
?积极贡献支持第二级的活动和全球项目的贡献。

Associates degree of computer science or Bachelors degree.
Equivalent combinations of education, experience and certification will be considered.
计算机科学学士学位或学士学位。
与此有关的教育、经验和认证将被优先考虑。

Minimum 3 years experience of working in a preferable global IT organisation
至少3年的工作经验，在一个全球信息技术组织内。
Experienced in implementing, documenting and operationally maintaining IT infrastructures
?Experienced in interacting with external suppliers and service providers
?Technical IT infrastructure knowledge with focus on globally positioned IT infrastructure technique
有IT基础设施方面的实施、文档记录和操作维护的经验。
?有与外部供应商与服务提供商互动的经验。
?有IT基础设施知识并专注于全球IT基础设施技术。

Good verbal and written communication skills in English combined with the ability to communicate effectively

High level of customer focus and strong customer support commitment
Ability to cooperate with other individuals with a problem solving oriented attitude on a professional level
