职位描述：
a. Oversees hiring of workshops personnel.
b. Oversees education and training of personnel.
c. Responsible for approving of SOP’s and Work instructions.
d. Coordinate training for Yantai workshop personnel.
e. Responsible for approving material purchasing requests.
f. Responsible for approval of payment of expenses to employeees of Yantai Workshop.
g. Approval of quotations and calculation reports.
h. Responsible for issue of monthly report regarding volumes and financial figures.
i. Responsible for daily operations of Yantai workshop.
j. Develop business of Yantai Workshop.
