职位描述：
Key accountability:
1. Weekly forecast preparation, analyze the variance, actual against Lock, foresee the challenge,risk,opportunity ...
2. Manufacture cost control, analyze production order deviation, actual material, DL, OH, against forecast, lead operation team and BU team to prepare the actions for cost saving.
3. Monitor Operation KPI and project status,capacity,efficiency ,yield, Capex.
4. Optimize Inventory level, monitor inventory status, cooperation with BU to prepare E&O based on project status, participate stock taking....
5. Develop and enhance Financial and Operation reporting with SAP system, deliver regular costing reporting.
7. Process improvement based on Internal audit and SOX audit requirement and Risk management.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above ,major in accounting, financial management or other related.
2. 5+ years experience in Foreign company, manufacture costing experience is a must.
3. Fluent written English.
4. Excellent communication skills and team cooperation.
5. Self motivated, independent, performance driven, strong mind and able to work under intense pressure. 举报 分享
