负责汽车电子水泵直流无刷电机的研发设计
Design and analysis of Electromagnetic structure in electronic water pump and electromagnetic
clutch.
THE ROLE
? This role will report to dept. manager.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Material Engineer’s specific responsibilities will fall into _3_ primary areas:
? Accountability #1：Design
? Design of brushless DC motor and electromagnetic analysis.
? Parts 3D digital model establishment and 2D drawing.
? Part structure design and mechanical analysis.
? Design and simulation analysis of Brushless DC motor drive controller.
? Accountability #2：Communicate
? Communicate and confirm with customer about product interface information.
? Accountability #3： other
? Temporary work.
KEYS TO SUCCESS:
? Skilled use of ANsys, SolidWorks and other electromagnetic computing analysis and drawing
Software.
? Good command of preliminary design and analysis skills of Brushless DC motor.
? Skilled use of electromagnetic simulation software for electromagnetic simulation analysis.
? Ability to communicate with OE customers, skilled use Office software.
? Need to have a rigorous and meticulous work attitude.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
? Brushless DC motor and electronic related major, junior college and above.
? More than brushless DC motor design experience.
? Water pump design experience.
