职位描述：
Key responsibilities：
? Responsible for the safety of electrical equipment, and HSE establishment of electrical maintenance safety standards. 负责电气设备的安全,和HSE建立电气维护安全标准；
? Responsible for Set up and implement equipment daily maintenance system in electrical side.负责建立和实施电气设备日常维护系统；
? Perform PM and continuous improvement tasks on equipment 对设备执行点检和持续改进；
? Perform and evaluate daily necessary record keeping 执行和评估日常必要的记录；
? To provide support to maintenance technician in term of work scheduling, troubleshooting.按照工作计划对维修人员在故障排除方面提供支持；
? Training the technician to reach higher skill level 培训维修人员达到更高的技能水平；
? Be responsible for spare parts, seek the properly parts to implement localization and reduce maintenance cost.负责备件，寻求正确的部分实现本地化,减少维护成本；
? Set up and control equipment management procedure to meet QA requirement (QS/TS16949 etc.) .建立和控制设备管理过程符合质量要求(QS / TS16949等)；
? Perform other duties as required 根据需要执行其他职责。


Key requirement:
? College Graduate and above in electrical field, with 5 year work experience of equipment maintenance.电气相关专业，大专以上学历，5年以上设备维修经验；
? Must be familiar with PLC programming technology, responsible for the programming of PLC program, equipment modification and equipment debugging. 熟悉PLC编程技术,负责PLC程序的编程,设备改造和设备调试；
? Be familiar with automation instrument, frequency converter, servo, such as configuration, touch screen, frequency converter and drive control experience. 熟悉自动化仪表\变频器、伺服、配置、触摸屏、变频器等驱动控制经验；
? The force control knowledge or other configuration software, able to lean on the existing equipment, HSE related improvement. 力的控制知识或其他配置软件,能够依靠现有的设备、HSE相关的改进；
