职位描述：
Key responsibilities：
? Winner Circle project implement and promote.
? Winner Circle system maintenance.
? Thinking as a lean guide, provide suggestions to improve the scheme and promotion.
? Production data analysis, evaluation and suggestions to improve the direction.
? Promote IE training education.
? Collect and review rationalization proposal, coordinate and track implementation.
? Monthly report.

Key requirement:
? Bachelor degree in IE or related disciplines.
? Minimum 4 years’ experience of IE in the auto industry, lean experience is plus.
? Proficiency in lean production common tools.
? Have comprehensive analysis ability.
