Key Responsibilities:

1. You will be responsible for the success of the pants category, success rate and growth
2. Do and collect online , magazine,- and street-trend research
3. Do inspiration trips in especially Asia, to collect ideas and to buy samples
4. Create 4 main collections and 2-4 express collections a year
5. Create AI style design sheets according to style budget, follow up that your ideas on design sheet are followed
6. Making sure that design deadlines are kept
7. Work closely with buying team and pattern maker team
8. Update and manage PLM system
9. Prepare and control styles before sample reviews and order meetings
10. Constantly upgrade fabric quality, fitting and product to meet market demands

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree and above, major in fashion design is mandatory
2. Excellent English speaking and writing skills
3. At least 5+years’ experience within fashion design (menswear experience mandatory)
4. Excellent in using Adobe Illustrator (a must), Photoshop and MS Office
5. Very good commercial understanding
6. Good communication skills, team player and be good at expressing ideas
7. Used to work with deadline, and can work under pressure, well organized
