Key Responsibilities： 

1. Assist to develop recruiting plan and recruiting policy based on the company's target and strategy
2. Daily management for recruiting (conducting interview and review candidates)
3. Buildup talent resource pool and continuously deep develop recruiting channel
4. Responsible for resumes screening and interview arrangement
5. Closely communicate with business department and provide recruiting related suggestion
6. Responsible for the offer talk and on boarding issues
7. Generating recruiting analysis report
8. Managing recruiting vendor
9. Ad-hoc HR project

Requirements: 

1. Bachelor above degree
2. Fresh graduate or 1-3 years experience
3. Familiar with all kind of recruiting channel , good interview and communication skill
4. Team work
5. Good command of both oral and written English
