Role and objectives：

1. Closely work with buyer, assist to do data key-in with production lifecycle management system;
2. Coordinate travelling plan of buyer, book ticket, and detailed arrangement to insure the fluent trip;
3. Work with finance system to do daily reimbursement or payment following etc;
4. Assist to prepare for all the design& buying meeting, book meeting room, prepare the garment sample with right position and right order;
5. Garment sample management: express delivery or receive of samples with supplier, warehouse;
6. Other temporary work assigned by buyer.

Requirements：

1. Bachelor degree or above, interested in administration related work content;
2. Service minded personality, work carefully;
3. Basic skill in office software, word/excel/ppt etc;
4. Good level of English spoken and writing, CET 4 will be better;
5. Organized, good at arrangement.;
6. Fashion lover will be better plus.
