Key Responsibilities：

1. Four seasons per year collection development under the guideline of global trend and local market
2. Collaborate and coach team members to develop the collection and guarantee to all the standards and deadlines
3. Communicate with production team and technician team
4. Fitting the samples and give your feedback according your design sheet and requirements
5. Completely design sheet and BOM system upload and adjustment
6. Domestic and international inspiration trip or marketing research if needed
7. Other working relative tasks if necessary

Requirements：

1. 25+ years old, passion for fashion industry
2. Bachelor degree or above (oversea graduation background will be a plus)
3. Good fashion sense and understand the women consumer and life style
4. Good inspiration/trends/color analyzer and fabric research experience
5. Have a general vison of whole collection. The candidate must have an independent experience and abilities to develop the whole season & whole categories in premium women’s brand
6. A good communicator and team player
7. Well understanding ***’s wear pattern& different body construction, knowledge about and capable at working with production chain and manufacture
8. Experienced on sketches and working by Adobe PS AI or other working related software
9. Mandarin tongue and fluent oral English and writing
