1. Researching trends that works into the brand strategy and sign them off with the senior designer
2. Look into trends for all categories in general, especially in jersey and knit categories
3. Learn to working to the seasonal plan to meet deadlines 
4. Help preparing and finalizing design sheets
5. Learn about different fabrics, yarns, prints and washes.
6. Learn how we work on the brand image by making sure that the brand DNA is seen in each garment.
7. Join garment fittings and take notes together with technicians and buyers
8. Working in PLM to make sure all styles and fabrics are computerized according to set deadline
9. Making sure that comments and other updates are made everywhere it’s needed 

1.  You have a degree in fashion design
2. You have advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
3. You can identify new trends and implement this in your work
4. You can work independently
5. You have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
6. You are willing to live and work in Beijing, China
