l HR Agenda: Align and drive key HR/management process that supports the execution of critical priorities within the organizations supported, such as performance management, compensation management and talent management; Support, coach and develop local line managers in the delivery of HR policies and processes; Be the key delivery channel for initiatives developed by HR Head office;
l Organization Development: Work closely with local business leaders on manpower requirements and develop the “people part” of the business plan; initiate and manage business strategy driven organizational development and effectiveness;
l Performance Management: Accountable for taking action and enabling people leaders being compliant to People Management Process to ensure high performance; Implement annual performance review system and ensure the effectiveness of the whole cycle including planning, regular review and annual summary, support to business managers on performance management especially poor performance management;
l Leadership Development: Act as sparring partner to local management of defined area to support the creation of shared commitment for the success of the business within the leadership team;
l Talent management: align and drive talent management process for local talent identification, development and retention;
l Compensation and Benefit management: Give support on compensation & benefits structure development to make sure the right payment level compare with local market;
l Engagement and Retention: Initiate & lead activates increasing satisfaction, motivation, engagement and retention in defined area; develop and implement effective retention plan to keep the key talent including effective talent review process;
l Employee Relationship & Communication: Coaching/advising managers on current and upcoming issues in the organization; With support of communication specialists/consultants coordinate HQ messaging and leadership communication for defined area; Develop and implement the site communication plan, create good employee relation and good communication environment by regular engagement survey, town hall meeting, employee activities, etc;
l ER Case and HR Compliance Management: handle ER case such as disciplinary issue and ensure local legal requirements are met;
l Continuous Improvement: Participate in cross-organizational project work and continuous improvements; Create and maintain strong network within HR community; Build collaborative relationships with HR Share Service Team and CoE to ensure the right level of local HR support.
