应聘者的要求:—
-教育程度:大学毕业或具有5年以上实际工作经验。
-良好的英语口语,听力和写作能力。广东话和普通话听与说流利优先考虑。
-良好的沟通技巧。入职初期负责处理与供应商和内部人员日常沟通,当主管确认应聘者能力达到一定程度时, 才直接与客户进行日常沟通。
-计算机熟练,熟悉Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, 及任何图片编辑应用程式, 等等. Etc. 懂 Solidworks 之应聘者会优先考虑。
-良好组织能力和能够遵循系统既定的目标把工作及时完成。
-必须主动,能独立工作。有必要时,主管会提供适当指导。
-有开发OEM产品经验,对塑料及金属制品不同的生产过程有基本的认识,能与国外买家沟通者优先考虑。

工作职责:—
-协助跟单员跟进新项目的开发与供应商依照既定程序和要求保证按时完成所有的任务。
-跟进供应商报价和不同类型的报告以及产品开发。
-跟进样品的货物包括原型,发展在每个阶段的样品,样品/销售样品直至最终批准。
-与工厂工程师和公司内部的质量工程师(QE)紧密合仍$, 以确保产品满足所有要求在产品开发。
-收集工厂样品进行产品测试和与内部QE安排所需的测试,包括内部检验和/或在认可的实验室进行测试。
-创建新的产品规格和正确地发布, 并在最后检查检验前更新信息给品质部门。
-产品/包装的变化,工厂和客户的工作,在大货生产前,要确保每个相关部门有最终确认的审批样品。
-与船务部和品质部之间保持良好的沟通与协调,确保第一批新产品按时完成。
-确保公司数据库供应商和客户的资料更新。
-确保顾客批准的新价格资料库的更新。
-与供应商价格条款的谈判,计划,使客户及公司之间都能达到最佳利益。
Candidate's requirements:
- Education level: University graduated / with 5 years or more actual experiences.
- Good command of English speaking, listening and written. Candidates can speak and listen in both Cantonese and Mandarin as well are preferable.
- Good communication skills. Candidates will be responsible to handle daily communication with vendors and internal staffs to start, then also with customers when we find he/she is ready.
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, any kind of photo editing software, etc. Candidates who is skillful in Solidworks are preferable.
- Organize and able to follow system established to get jobs done in a timely manner.
- Must be initiative and can work independently. Guidance will be provided where necessary.
- Candidates with experiences in handling OEM product development, with basic understanding on different manufacturing processes of plastic / metal products, communicate with oversea buyers are preferable.

Job duties:-
- Assisting Merchandiser to follow up new project development with vendors to ensure on-time completion of all tasks according to procedures already set-up.
- Work with vendors to preparing quotations and different kind of reports along product development.
- Handling samples shipments including prototypes, development samples at each stage so as final approval samples / sales samples.
- Work with factory engineer and our own Quality Engineer (QE) to ensure all product requirements meet along product development.
- Request samples from factory for testing purpose and work with QE internally to arrange required testing, including in-house testing and/or testing done at accredited laboratories.
- Create new product specification and release correct / updated information to Quality department for inspection reference before final inspections.
- Work with factory and customer on products / packaging changes, and ensure approval samples are sealed with each party before releasing mass production.
- Maintain good communication and coordination of works with both Shipping and Quality departments to ensure first shipment of new products completed on-time.
- Ensure company database with updated Vendor Master and Customer Master whenever there are new contacts added or updates required.
- Ensure price book updated after customer approved new pricing.
- Price, schedule, terms negotiation with vendors and customers to company’s best interests.
