确保依照H&M程序，在营业楼层和橱窗陈列服饰。

及时掌握有关产品和销售活动的信息。

针对如何依照H&M程序陈列服饰，以促进销售，为同事提供培训和发展。

Visual Merchandiser Job Description:

Responsible together with the store management team for presenting the garments according to

H&M guidelines in an inviting and exciting way in order to maximize customer satisfaction and sales.

Acts as role model for the H&M values and standards.

Responsibilities:

*Selling

Provides direct & indirect customer service on the sales floor, in the fitting room and at the cash desk.

Ensures garment presentation on the sales floor and in the window according to H&M routines.

Has knowledge about products and selling activities.

*People

Trains and develops co-workers in presenting garments for sale according to H&M routines.

*Routines

Ensures updated visual information and is responsible for visual material in the store
