职位描述：
1、直接与国内、外主管、客户沟通；
2、对内采购质控 ; 负责生产跟踪、发货、现场监装；
3、对外出口跟单，
4、不时要随国内外主管出差。
5、负责联系客户、编制报价、参与商务谈判，签订合同；

任职资格：
1. 熟练Windows & Excel 操作系统；以及办公软件，
2. 英语六级以上，口语流利，中英文写作熟练；
3. 善于开拓，有责任心，能吃苦，工作积极，形象良好；

Job Description:
Purchasing Specialist are responsible for sourcing the best quality products and services for a company at the most competitive prices. Candidate will work in a wide range of sectors for many different organizations.
Purchasing Specialist will oversees supply chain management, quality assurance, and procurement on worldwide scale.

They need to be good at negotiating, networking and dealing with numbers, as well as dealing with other factors such as sustainability, risk management and ethical issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· To start immediately or in near future
· Able to travel
· Must be able to think independently, solve difficult problems, and achieve goals
· Creative and able to think outside the box
· Positive thinking by nature in their approach to both life and business
· Develop & execute sourcing strategies
· Proficient with MS Excel
· Must be detail-oriented
· Highly motivated and eager to learn
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Good work ethic, honest, and understands how to conduct business professionally
· Responsible for tracking late deliveries and negotiating returns on defective products?
· Other duties as assigned
