负责及协助相关办公室人事，行政以及财务工作：

1. All office administrative record management (office’s stationery /sundry supply, attendance, monthly expense check and confirm, plan maintain, water/food order etc)

2. All office shipping related issue, includes custom clearance, tax declare and tight issue handling properly.

3. Office IT related issue, computer maintain, software support and internet communication

4. Liaising with all service providers about purchasing, payment arrangement issue, repair etc

5. Daily office stationery sundry supply purchase, cash flow bookkeeping.

6. Liaising with banker, building management .cash withdrawal

7. Support recruitment till onboard reporting.

8. Support to visitors and travelling.

US Children Cosmetics Company with headquarter in New York has established its Representative Office in China since Jan 2009. The main business focus on licensed kids and teenagers cosmetics under different licenses such as Disney, Nickelodeom, Hello Kitty, and American Idol etc. China operation is responsible for merchandising, product testing, quality assurance and factory compliance as well as technical design for product package, logistic etc. Total headcount for China Office is around 43 people.
