Job Position:Customer Service Representative/Sales/Purchasing of Ebay/Amazon
* Working in Shenzhen
* Daily communicate with customers from Ebay and Amazon with regards to the products /
orders / inquiries / payment, and work with customers various kind of requirements.
* Understand customer needs, maintain and develop business relationship with customers
Collaborate with internal team to fulfill customer demand.
* Analysis customer orders / products periodically and come up with proposals to assist
business growing with current customers.
* Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints
Main requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience with ebay or amazon
* Be fluent in written and oral English.
* Good listening and probing skills to provide excellent service.
* Be proficient in using computer software
* Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to remain flexible and calm in
high pressure or continually changing situations
