职位描述
1、监管经销商产品定价，确保销售平台无低于制造商建议零售价的产品；
2、维护公司产品专利，通过法律手段打击恶意模仿者；
3、为公司提供法律支持。确保公司日常业务活动符合法律规定；
4、在世界范围内为新产品申请专利和商标；
5、完成领导分配的其他工作及法律问题。
岗位要求：
1、大学本科以上学历，有相关工作经验；
2、熟悉商标法、专利法等法律法规；
3、具有良好的人品与职业操守，工作细致、严谨、思维缜密、有责任心；
4、较强的沟通、协调和解决问题的能力；

Allocacoc was founded in 2010 by Yixia Jiang and Arthur Limpens, two graduates of industrial design engineering at the Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands. Allocacoc focuses on developing innovative consumer electronics, and launching these onto the market.
