职位描述：
岗位职责
1、工作计划制定与执行；统筹协调安排设计部工作
2、工作流程的平面设计以及美国总部的设计工作；
3、 就产品的包装设计，平面设计等，与工厂，与公司内部之间的有效沟通；


任职资格
1、大专以上学历，平面设计、广告策划及相关专业；
2、能够熟练操作photoshop、Illustrator、CorelDRAW等设计类软件；
3、有外贸、零售、快消品，或者授权产品的设计经验丰富者优先考虑；
4、正直诚信，踏实严谨，做事细心，有责任心；具有卓越的沟通能力、团队精神。

US Children Cosmetics Company with headquarter in New York has established its Representative Office in China since Jan 2009. The main business focus on licensed kids and teenagers cosmetics under different licenses such as Disney, Nickelodeom, Hello Kitty, and American Idol etc. China operation is responsible for merchandising, product testing, quality assurance and factory compliance as well as technical design for product package, logistic etc. Total headcount for China Office is around 43 people.
