Brief Description:
This position is responsible for overseeing the operations and production of an accessories company which specializes in luggage, travel bags, handbags, wallets, and shoes. The manager must set and reach business goals, overseevendors management, communicate with clients and vendorsand manage internal staff in order to maintain an efficient and productive environment.

Job Description:
Informs: Client managers in New York, as well as in various South American countries
Reports: To New York director.
Language: English 100% written and 100% spoken. Any written or spoken in Spanish is a plus.
Working experience: Over 10 years working experience at least 5 years in leather goods.
School record: Full-time education of Junior college at least.

Job required:
1. Strong implementation capacity at working with vendors, efficiently in communicating with employees and director, master material market trend price negotiate skills.
2. Establish quality standards. Control samples and mass production quality problems reduce costs of producing and prevent our orders from quality complaints.
3. Keep gimlet eye on material and new vendors sourcing, maintain relationship with vendors and get updated information about price
4. Reports must be efficiently and true to directors, order problems must be reported in time to give other manages enough time to solve problems.
5. Supervise merchandisers’ working process, get report and summary from merchandiser leaders each week and inspect what problems they have.Ensure all Work In Progress reports are accurate and up to date.
6. Identifyand evaluate any and all major problems from sample develop through production.
7. Assist other works from New York director, responsible in working.
8. Must install and implement ERP software to improve efficiency.

Job task:
1. Develop strong business relationships with new and existing vendors to constantly maintain high level of price, quality and delivery on time.
2. Setting efficient and achievable goals for each professional unit based on past experience, current needs and planed goals of future, setting competitive standards in all aspects of productions.
3. Pay attention to fashion news and keep a good information receiving channel to help staffs know the fresh marketing trend.
4. Train a merchandiser team to be picked, efficiently, strong and loyal.
5. Be able to work under pressure, can solve problems with vendors, keep good relationship with staffs and vendors.
6. Must be honest and loyalty to your position, make progress and willing to grow with us, share your work experience to staff, direct merchandisers to work in better way. 举报 分享
