岗位职责：
1、根据公司开店标准，负责新店铺的考察、开发、和选址工作。
2、熟悉选址流程，熟悉所在城市商圈、房地产市场，具有良好的社会关系及社会资源。能有效把握当地行业的市场行情。
3、对意向店铺周边环境的消费结构、交通及商业环境进行市场调研，并提交详细的项目分析报告供公司领导参考。

任职要求：
1、二年以上工作经验，具有市场拓展、选址工作经验，或房产商铺中介经验。具有一定的谈判技巧和强烈的责任心和抗压能力及市场观察能力。
2、为人正直、积极开朗、善于交流、思路敏捷、敬业负责，具备吃苦耐劳精神。
3、大专以上学历，熟悉国内主要商业系统及合作模式。

Allocacoc was founded in 2010 by Yixia Jiang and Arthur Limpens, two graduates of industrial design engineering at the Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands. Allocacoc focuses on developing innovative consumer electronics, and launching these onto the market.
Allocacoc’s vision is to set ‘a different standard’:
