职位描述：
Job Description：
1. Get carton dimension and weight from factories for each production order at least 3 weeks in advance of ship date and enter them into internal system for consolidation purpose reference.
2. Push for shipping documents from factory within 24hours after goods shipped and update the status into internal System once documents are confirmed.
3. Combine the shipping documents as per container when there are more than 1 factory’s goods in.
4. Assisting consolidator to communicate with factories when building a console among a few makers, to ensure goods shipped as per planned.
5. Other tasks from Management.


Requirement:
1. Experienced in forwarder company or as shipping clerk in factory is plus;
2. Acquire the knowledge of shipping in trading company;
3. Familiar with the knowledge in Customs Clearance and CIQ details;
4. Active attitude, responsibility and result-oriented;
5. Good communicate skills both in English and Chinese

US Children Cosmetics Company with headquarter in New York has established its Representative Office in China since Jan 2009. The main business focus on licensed kids and teenagers cosmetics under different licenses such as Disney, Nickelodeom, Hello Kitty, and American Idol etc. China operation is responsible for merchandising, product testing, quality assurance and factory compliance as well as technical design for product package, logistic etc. Total headcount for China Office is around 43 people.
