JD
1.负责公司产品系统录入和维护。包括配件的正确颜色，材质要求；内料颜色，香味和配方的匹配。
2.负责RFQ报价表资料的创建，内容收集。与供应商紧密沟通，确保信息正确和及时反馈。
3.稽核，管理RFQ 报价表资料。保证数据的准确性和完整性，及时整理归档和上传系统。
4.SIMPAREL系统资料录入，更新及维护。

要求：

1.思维条理清晰，认真负责，独立抗压能力强。
2.较强的沟通协调能力。
3.英语四级以上，读写能力佳，需要将英语作为日常工作语言。
4.有报价或产品经验加分。

Job Description:

1. In charge of data entry and maintaining of production in system, includes the designated color for component, material requirement, and the inner color in match with the fragrance and formula.
2. Collect information and build up RFQ. Work closely with manufactories to ensure RFQ’s validity and timely.
3. Check and confirm the quotation information, to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data, upload to the system then file timely.
4. Input, update and maintain the Simparel


Requirement：

1. Clear mind, responsible and work independently.
2. Strong communication skill and excellent coordination skill.
3. Good reading and writing skill, English as a daily working language is must.
4. Experience in quotes or production is plus.
