Job Responsibilities :
1. Provide on-site training to suppliers on company standards ensure they understand the requirement clearly.
2. Assess the risks of social, environmental, health and safety conditions by visiting the factory then report to top management.
3. Working with qualify suppliers and factories to make sure the inspected are products closed to customer’s requirement and Townley’s standards. Inspect the component during production and the products when the products are finished and packed in cartons. Updating the inspection result to Simparel system and resolving the quality issue.
4. Assist relevant department to find new factory and new product. Perform daily management to ensure that the supplier's products’ quality continuously refined and improved.
5. Working with sourcing department and looking for the samples from different markets and factories base on sourcing team’s need.
6. Working with sample team and factories and pick up the pre-production/top samples from factories then send to sample team to make sure the licenser can receive the samples on time base on sample team’s need.
7. All other duties as assigned by supervisor
