职位描述：
SUMMARY:
Collaborate with internal and external to define our product from concepts till production that will meet the requirement of customer and licensor, simultaneously the process is optimization of quality and cost.

RESPONSIBILITIES
? Assessment prior to order on product and process
? Work with Quality team includes testing, Technical team and Merchandising team in advance to determine feasibility, functionality, compatibility, quality in a time manner
? Create, control and optimize the process till program finish
? Define the BOM and production stages in collaborate with factory and the management
? Review and handle with producing anomaly and report the result
? Other tasks from management

REQUIREMENTS
? 7 years minimum in product development and control, experience in Cosmetics, Toys or Accessary is preferred
? Be familiar with plastic material, product design and packaging
? Excellent Microsoft office like Word, Excel, PPT and CAD
? Excellent communication skill and planning maker.
? Clear mind, result-oriented and can work under pressure

US Children Cosmetics Company with headquarter in New York has established its Representative Office in China since Jan 2009. The main business focus on licensed kids and teenagers cosmetics under different licenses such as Disney, Nickelodeom, Hello Kitty, and American Idol etc. China operation is responsible for merchandising, product testing, quality assurance and factory compliance as well as technical design for product package, logistic etc. Total headcount for China Office is around 43 people.
