职位描述：
1、根据系统完货时间，提前联络货代进行订舱，如遇船期变更或工厂交期延误，及时信息反馈
2、公司ERP系统操作，订单进度内容跟新，
3、提单确认，制作清关文件及国外联络
4、各类产地证申请办理（CO, FORM E, FORM B FORM S ETC）
5、货代相关费用核对，付款申请。
6、每月出口费用的统计汇总
7、展会物流的安排及相关操作
8、完成上级领导安排的其他工作。

任职资格
1、有一定英语基础，能看懂国外邮件往来及回复
2、有良好的沟通能力，能熟练使用办公软件Word和Excel及ERP系统
3、熟悉外贸单证操作流程，有相关贸易单证、报关相关领域工作经验者优先考虑；
4、熟悉相应的国家法律法规，有一定财务基础知识者优先考虑；有信用证经验优先考虑

Allocacoc was founded in 2010 by Yixia Jiang and Arthur Limpens, two graduates of industrial design engineering at the Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands. Allocacoc focuses on developing innovative consumer electronics, and launching these onto the market.
Allocacoc’s vision is to set ‘a different standard’:
“We critically look at well established, commonplace products, and rethink these. Our     ultimate goal by doing so is to create a different standard, so that when someone is     asked to picture a certain product, they picture our product, and will have forgotten     about the previous design.”
