职位描述：
Summary : Responsible for all testing including retailer’s testing, License’s testing, Townley’s testing etc., and other testing affairs.
1.Understand and evaluate product structure and design in order to meet safety and functional requirements, provide alternatives for improvement when required.
2.Coordinate product regulatory testing for new or re-order products to achieve retailers’ compliance standards. Monitor and report status to Compliance Manager.
3.Evaluates impact of all product changes on lab/agency compliance. Review with Compliance Manager.
4.Answer Licenses’ questions regarding testing from License approval team.
5.Maintain in-depth knowledge and understanding of all regulatory standards applicable to company developed products.
6.Work with various internal teams to continuously improve the quality performance.
7.Lead the test specialist team.
 
Requirement:
1.At least 5 years working experience in testing field.
2.Have solid working experience in toy or children cosmetic products.
3.Strong knowledge of ASTM F963, EN71, CPSIA etc..
4.Strong knowledge of FDA, CPSR, REACH on children cosmetic.
5.It is better to be familiar with the testing process and requirement for requirement for retailers, such as Walmart, Dollar Tree, Familiar Dollar, Primark etc.
6.It is better to know registration CFDA for children cosmetic.
7.Good English both in speaking and writing. 举报 分享

US Children Cosmetics Company with headquarter in New York has established its Representative Office in China since Jan 2009. The main business focus on licensed kids and teenagers cosmetics under different licenses such as Disney, Nickelodeom, Hello Kitty, and American Idol etc. China operation is responsible for merchandising, product testing, quality assurance and factory compliance as well as technical design for product package, logistic etc. Total headcount for China Office is around 43 people.
