岗位职责：
1、人事行政岗位，组织各岗位人事招聘、入职、离职、劳动合同签订等手续。
2、配合经理完善公司各类人事行政管理制度并监督执行，如组织绩效考核、福利管理等落实工作。
3、为公司各类活动提供必要的协助及其他后勤支持；
4、协调负责公司各类档案、文件、设施等固定资产的调配及管理；
5、负责总经理交代的其他行政事务；
岗位要求：
1、行政管理、企业管理等相关专业大专或以上学历；
2、两年以上行政管理操作经验；
3、熟悉行政工作流程，办公用品采购流程，企业资产管理；
4、较强的责任心和敬业精神，良好的组织协调能力及沟通能力，较强的分析、解决问题能力；
5、熟练使用办公软件和办公自动化设备。
