Administration Manager Responsibilities and work activities:
1. Design, implement, and oversee adherence to office policies and procedures;
2. Manage and Maintain a safe, secure, clean, organized and efficient working environment;
3. Co-ordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency;
4. Manage and Co-ordinate schedules, appointments and bookings hotel and ticket etc.;
5. Design, implement, and maintain company contract filing systems;
6. Manage and Monitor office supplies inventory and acquisitions;
7. Manage and Co-ordinate IT company services.
8. Assign and monitor receptionist and drivers responsibilities and tasks;
9. Manage and approval office car daily use arrangement;
10. Manage and approval office car vehicle inspection, insurance, and maintenance task;
11. Create and administer ADM budgets;
12. Complete general manager arrange other work.
Required Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
1. Bachelor degree with business or communications backgrounds preferred;
2. 5+ years in an Office ADM or HR Manager role.
3. Sufficient experience and skill of negotiation.
4. Excellent general office skills, including all Microsoft office applications
5. Strong planning, organizational, time management, and communication skills
6. Requires attention to detail, proactive approach, and responsible personality
7. Knowledge of ADM and HR management practices and procedures
8. High sense of confidential for company secret and sensitive information.
9. Fluent English reading and writing preferred
