Job description:
1. Able to develop strategies and business plans in regional organization and support global development.
2. Able to plan and execute the company direction and business growth.
3. Implement operational procedures for efficient workflow for current 6 departments.
4. Provide guidance and strong leadership on strategy, business planning as well as day-to-day operations.
5. Set budgets and targets and monitor the company’s performance.
6. Maintain a good relationship with clients, retailers and vendors,
7. Steer the progress management from the beginning in between China factory and US headquarter, take approach of lead and drive.
8. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Excellence management skills: planning, process improvement, leadership etc.
2. Prefect both in English and Chinese in writing, speaking and listening. Prefect communicate skills
3. Bachelor degree preferred with international trading background.
4. Oriented and detailed, result driven.
5. Loyalty and good personality.

The main business focus on licensed kids and teenagers cosmetics under different licenses such as Disney, Nickelodeom, Hello Kitty, and American Idol etc. China operation is responsible for merchandising, product testing, quality assurance and factory compliance as well as technical design for product package, logistic etc. Total headcount for China Office is around 43 people.
