Responsibilities:
1.Execute assigned category procurement of purchasing including；执行和完成公司安排的指定材料的采购工作；
2.Grocery bags/ Scarves/ Electronic product (such as headset, USB)/ Phone shell/ Cabling and other related to foreign trade purchasing according to project plan；根据公司的采购计划，可以对购物袋、围巾、电子产品（如耳机，USB线）、手机壳、线绳等相关饰品、杂货产品进行独立采购；
3.Responsible for managing the project schedule, budget , mitigating risks；负责采购的进度，预算和控制采购的风险；
4.Communicate with internal customer and external suppliers for definition requirements；及时与公司内部客户和外部供应商沟通，了解所需采购物品的要求；
5.Lead assigned category purchasing process under transparent and effective environment；采购过程要求高效率和高透明；
6.Work with Qingdao office MD team and ensure deliverables with high quality , right time and within budget；同青岛办公室贸易部门团队合作确保采购的样品在规定的时间和预算内高质量完成;
7. Have at least 3 years experience of Jewelry QC inspection work. 至少有3年以上首饰QC 验货经验。
Purchasing Skills :
工作技能：
1.Basic skill of purchasing order/contract issue and management；对采购的订单和合同有基本管理技能；
2.Strong Sourcing capability in Jewelry field；在首饰和杂货方面有较强的采购能力；
3.Experienced project management is a must；有项目管理经验；
4.Good negotiation/communication skill with supplier and internal owner；在内部客户和供应商之间有很强的沟通和谈判能力；
5.Rich experience with Request For Quotations in accordance with technical and internal requirements；熟悉饰品行业客户和供应商产品报价需求和价格；
6.Commercial check of potential suppliers and risk management；熟悉找到潜在供应商和把控潜在风险；
7.Familiar supplier management about entrance and withdrawal mechanism； 熟悉供应商的管理采购和退货流程；
8.Analytical and outstanding judgment skills in complexity situation；在复杂情况下有出色分析和判断能力；
Requirement:
工作要求：
1.At least 5 years work experience in purchasing management in Guangzhou Market；至少5年以上的采购管理经验，熟悉东莞的饰品市场；
2.Good command of written and oral business English；拥有熟练的英语书写和口语能力；
3.Integrity is a must character in whole purchasing process；为人正直诚信，在采购工作中认真仔细；
4.Positive attitude for work pressure and challenge；在高强度的工作压力和挑战中有乐观积极的心态；
5.Acceptable frequent business travel or QC inspect work between Guangzhou (Dongguan/Shenzhen)；可以接收经常广州周边地区出差工作。
