Job Descriptions:

- Execute and follow purchase orders for on time shipment
- Communicate with suppliers, makers as well as internal on a daily basis
- Resolve product and production issues on a timely basis to protect quality and ensure on time delivery by coordinating with appropriate parties
- Monitor suppliers and makers performance and report timely in need.


Job Requirements:

- Working experience in License product is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably with a major U.S. retailer. Additional experience in manufacturing is a plus
- Able to identify creative alternative solutions to solve problems and meet product objectives in quality, delivery and price
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, especially with suppliers on product.
- Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point

US Children Cosmetics Company with headquarter in New York has established its Representative Office in China since Jan 2009. The main business focus on licensed kids and teenagers cosmetics under different licenses such as Disney, Nickelodeom, Hello Kitty, and American Idol etc. China operation is responsible for merchandising, product testing, quality assurance and factory compliance as well as technical design for product package, logistic etc. Total headcount for China Office is around 43 people.
