Major areas of responsibility, main processes, tasks:
1. Implementation of quality policy
2. Quality management system maintenance
3. Quality standard transfer from global standard
4. Qualification of quality team ( training , evaluation )
5. Quality KPI setting , follow up
6. Shopfloor quality control
7. Customer complaint handling
8. Production process audit and product audit
9. MOR quality report
10. Lean production leader ( training , activities plan , implementation ,check & report )
11. Other tasks assigned by manager
12. EHS responsible ( certification , audit ,report ,government related issue )
13. Other temporary assigned tasks

Required Knowledge and experience
1. At least five years’ experience with industrial production floor as quality leader – a must.
2. Familiar with ISO system
3. Good command of English
4. EHS working experience are preferred
