一、职位描述：
1） 负责公司售后800电话接线工作。
2） 维护签约客户关系及收集反馈客户意见。
3） 负责公司日常接待和办公用品的发放购买、邮件的收发。
4） 协助售后技术支持工作。

二、岗位要求
1） 有一定的压力承受能力和良好的团队意识。
2） 有良好的语言沟通能力，思维清晰敏捷，可处理一般性售后问题。
3） 声音甜美，普通话标准，吐字清晰，反应灵敏。
4） 具有负责、细心、勤奋的优秀品质，对客户提出的技术及服务问题能够耐心、热情的解决。
5） 计算机操作熟练，文字输入熟练。
6） 拥有会计、财务相关证书或工作经验者优先。
